One Winter's Night - Lori Borrill

Huh. Cute. Ok, the stories were just interesting enough to work with the ridiculously short length. IOW, the characters would have had to be a lot more interesting to pull off a series of full-sized books.

So they're all interrelated in that the setting more or less starts around an office Christmas party - with a stray Santa who keeps dispensing advise leading to someone running off with someone else for nookie and romance. You have the heir apparent who is becoming increasingly discontent with going with the flow, you have the party arranger who is feeling taken advantage of because nobody gave her a pat on the head, you have the overachiever who had a ONS and discovers to her dismay that he's a client, and you have the couple of salespersons who...have issues. Woohoo. Yeah. Whatever.
