Ok, just over 4 stars. Slightly hampered by the "what the hell just happened?" bit in the almost anticlimactic battle near the end.So the Aegis are still idiots, Gethel is fallen; she just hasn't been caught and had her wings ripped off yet (but at least Heaven has been advised), Reseth has his memory back, and the various demons who DON't want the Apocalypse are ticked off at him.
V. good ending to this series that can't possibly be dragged out by creating more horsemen because duh, there are only 4.
So next is Reaver's book. Not sure how I feel about angels getting a HEA. OTOH, he somehow deserves it.
